The difference between the types of gold carpet categories.
An explanation of the types of gold carpet. There are several types of carpet for gold filter applications. What's the difference?

1. Gold carpet with backing seal.
If a gold miner uses a carpet with a backing seal then the gold will be captured in the entire carpet. So a carpet like this can be directly inserted into the sluice box / dredge / dompeng / palm fiber / kasbok. This solution is the cheapest solution and the efficiency is still good.
2. Gold carpet without backing seal.
If you use a gold carpet without a backing, fine gold can go down to the end of the carpet and come out again. So under a carpet like this one must add one more component to capture the fine gold, namely a rubber mat that has a V (v-ribbed) texture. Such carpets are more efficient than ordinary carpets (type 1 described above) because fine gold can be extracted from the rubber mat. The process of taking concentrate from carpets like this (without a backing seal) is faster. The extraction of concentrate from the rubber mat is also very fast. So the concept of using a carpet like this + a rubber mat is more professional and efficient. The concept can be seen in the photo on the left.
3. Mining carpet of rubber / V Mats
This rug is made of rubber and is very durable. This carpet is always used under carpet without a backing seal. Fine gold descends all the way to this carpet and is captured here.
